There’s always something going on at our organization - Join Big Brothers Big Sisters Lincoln for a mix of fun events all year long!

Our Annual Fundraising Events

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters has been serving the Lincoln area for over 50 years by providing meaningful, one-to-one mentoring for thousands of youth. Beginning now through the end of 2021, you have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the Littles in our community by taking the opportunity to #JoinTheVillage.

Our village has always counted on you, and we’re so grateful that we have the opportunity for your contribution to do that again this year. A village is what every kid needs. With your help, we can keep making our village stronger and bigger. Together, we will defend the potential of each of our Littles. Thank you for Joining The Village.

  • This is a fun and easy way to positively impact a child's life. This fall we are hosting the 35th annual Bowl for Kids' Sake, which is our largest fundraiser and it ends with a bowling party for all participants. You can join the excitement by starting a team with your friends, family or coworkers. Each team is asked to raise a minimum of $500 in donations, though many of our teams collect over $1,000! After taking in donations for BBBS Lincoln, the party begins. Bowlers receive 2 free games of bowling, including shoe rentals, a BFKS T-shirt, food, drinks and chances to win fabulous prizes!

The expenses of this event are underwritten by our corporate sponsors, meaning 100% of donations raised by bowlers are directly used by Big Brothers Big Sisters Lincoln to make and support local matches.

  • Defending Potential Luncheon
  • Join us on April 23rd at Adventure Golf Center to take a step back in time, enjoy a classic drive-in movie experience and try local food trucks with your loved ones. This fundraiser is a chance to support BBBSL and come together as a community.
