Position Vision: To provide successful mentoring relationships for all children who need and want them by positioning Big Brothers Big Sisters Lincoln (BBBSL) with: increased positive public perception and heightened community awareness of the agency’s services and needs; standards of excellence for achievement in all areas of agency work, meeting or exceeding all standards or goals; and abundant resources. By providing these professionally supportive one-to-one relationships with measurable impact, BBBSL contributes to better schools, brighter futures, and stronger communities for all.
